It was a crazy cold
winter in 2008. I found myself constantly day dreaming of an escape to
an exotic far off tropical land. I finished the Christmas season
working at a retail store. Happy to be done working, I decided that I
was finally going to follow through on my dreams and travel to a far
off tropical land on my own.

I had already visited
Costa Rica when I was a teenager and knew a local family. I got in
contact with them and they excitedly invited me to come stay with them
for a few months. I booked the flight and two week later I was there.

Where I have been

Since I took my first trip out of the USA when I was 14 years old, I have had a huge passion for travel and as the years go by it just gets stronger and stronger. I used to just set my eyes on certain area’s, but now after tasting more travel, I want to see the whole world.
